”Tremendous property- a real gem of a hotel, stunning room and the suite was perfect with the adjoining upstairs room that we could use as the second bedroom for our older (almost) adult child. The happy hour of free cocktails and canapés was a bonus to boot. Will definitely return. ”

”The hotel has a nice location on Sentosa island near Imbiah station (Sentosa express monorail). You get to use the Sentosa express for free with a QR-code you get from the hotel reception. The staff is friendly, we were always greeted when passing the reception. Our room was always cleaned well enough (as it should be of course). The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle bus to Beach Station and Vivo City, and back, going every half hours. If you want to party a little, there is a nice rooftop...

”Excellent hotel. Every staff member was out-of-this-world nice. Big, quiet rooms, great showers, great amenities, great breakfast. I have no real complaints.
The following would be my extremely minor notes on what to improve:
-The internet wasn't the fastest. Good enough to work, but as someone who does video editing for a living, buffering times were slow.
-The elevators are quite slow.
-The gym is really small and borderline useless, and kind of annoyingly located next to the check-in...

”Excellent stay. My compliments to the staff from check-in/out, and all in between the services were professional, courteous, and warm. The property is high-quality, top-notch, and clean. The restaurants and kids’ play options are extraordinary. ”
”Everything was perfect until we discovered that the smallest room we had booked lacked a cabinet. There was no disclaimer informing us that the room didn’t have a place to store our belongings. Consequently, we struggled to find suitable spots to store our clothes for the entire week. However, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was just a 10-minute walk from a train station, which more than made up for the inconvenience. ”

"There is a mismatch between the hotel construction and the outdoor facilities. The pool area at the 3rd floor is good and suted for families. However, the hotel itself is something which could be a city hotel for couples who just need the hotel only for sleeping. There were no general areas and facilities, and the room design does not favor familiess. "
