”This was hands down one of the most incredible stays I have ever experienced. I was upgraded to a massive 3 bedroom suite with a magnificent ocean view.The entire Ocean side is sliding glass. Each and every staff member I encountered was so courteous, helpful and skillful. The suite was exquisite. The Balcony was so comfortably furnished and very expansive. The kitchen was incredibly high end with gorgeous cabinetry and deluxe Miele appliances. Can't wait to go back!”

”We paid $1200 and could not use the balcony. We had workers outside the balcony cleaning and doing construction with yellow tape - we were unable to go outside. The noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep. We were told there was no other rooms and yet someone else had only booked that night and got the 6th floor - we won’t be back.”

”The initial property was exactly as expected - small, just for two - and very clean. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling and our host responded almost immediately. She offered another property across the street that was an upgrade right away. Not something she had to do, but appreciated that she wanted to make sure all went well. Her properties were both lovely, clean and right where we wanted to be.”

”Like another reviewer mentioned, this property is part of a motel - comparable to a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn. The unit smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. I opened the windows to try to air it out, but the smell lingered, even after using the air purifier in the closet. There were several dead roaches on the floor, as well as many live ones. The longer we were there, the more we saw, both dead and alive. It got so bad we cancelled our reservation after about an hour and...
