”Overall great time. Lovely home, very spacious. Hot tub worked, access to river was easy. Fire pit is huge. Enough chairs for everybody, and we had a group of 12. Found clean but definitely needs a deep cleaning, the ceiling, under beds and couches, bathroom extractors and the washing machine smelled of mold. Maybe an update of AC units, we did feel hot during the day.Will vrbo in the future with this property. ”

”This is a great place to stay! There is so much room for people. The third floor king suite has its own little sitting area and bathroom. The main floor has a huge dinner table and sitting space for folks. Then downstairs has a whole couch pool table video games. There was so much space that no one felt cramped or tripping over each other. The kitchen is so well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware etc. The gas grill was a huge save for Christmas dinner. I would recommend...

”Great little house, very clean, had all the amenities needed, location very nice easy to get around town and surrounding areas. Great little restaurant just a couple of doors down. Our stay was very nice.”

”Our group had an overall good time. The location of the property was perfect. The rooms fit all of us. There were several things in disrepair we had to navigate. Bring extra blankets and towels as the blankets are very thin and only one towel per guest. You can request more towels which they were kind enough to provide.”

”The house was very well kept. Our only complaint was that the beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. The layout was perfect for our family. The grill worked for grilling hamburgers and the table seating worked for our large family-9 adults and 6 children. One suggestion would be to supply coffee filters that fit the machine there. Normal filters don't fit.”

Multiple isses with cleanliness-floors/hottub/sheets/towels/dishes, the refrigerator shelves were broken, exterior door no latch and could not lock, kitchen not stocked with cooking utensils and pots damaged, toilet was broken, pool table unlevel and pockets broken, bunk beds very unstable, sauna won't heat because its sitting in an unheated garage, and much more.I presented pictures amd explanations of everything to the host and to VRBO.
