The house features three separate sleeping areas with two double beds and two single beds, two bathrooms, and bright, comfortable living spaces.



You'll love the old-world charm: exposed beams, spacious rooms, and tasteful décor blend with modern comforts. The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a large terrace overlooking the countryside and a lovely pond at the edge of the property.



Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, books, board games, a ping-pong table, and racket games for all ages.



Bed linen and towels are provided, so you can travel light—just unpack and start relaxing.



Parking is easy and available right in front of the house. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, events and parties are not allowed.



Just 20 minutes from Bergerac, the famous city of Cyrano, this house is an excellent base for exploring the Dordogne: wine estates, picturesque villages, local markets, and many hiking trails starting nearby.



Please note: there is an unfenced pond at the end of the garden, and the park is shared with the owners.
