”Price wise it was a good stay. Rooms are clean, but make sure you get a first foor room if your a non s..oker. The staff are very helpful.”

”Very clean and so peaceful. The owner takes pride in the property. It’s very well maintained and the rooms are very modern. While I was here, there was a storm and we lost power. The owner was on top of everything, making sure his guests were well informed about when the power would be restored. You can’t beat the views. It’s surrounded by pastures but is close to shopping and of course the Virginia Creeper Trail head in Abingdon. I will definitely stay here again!”

”The room was clean, however the corridors were smelly and dirty. The staff charged in US $ despite the same room was available in the cans $ for the same amount of US $, so I paid more as Cnd $ was cheaper”

”Definitely not what not well maintained Towel definitely was clean was there stuff on it and shower when turn on was leaking water through the wall to the FL I just left and book different hotel didn’t feel comfortable and safe there ”

”Red stain on the bedspread. A/C should have been replaced 10 years ago. Shower was stopped up. Shower curtain disgusting. TV remote didn't work. 2 occupants with only 1 bath towel.”

”Room was clean, AC worked well, freezer and fridge were good. Parking lot was being repaved causing a little angst. Great location. Plenty of resturants and gas stations to choose from. Off and on to highway was simple and convenient Amenties were rated 3 because the weren't used and not sure what they were. I would stay there again.”
