”Good to short stay”

”Good hotel Clean and spacious Room.”

”There was a noisy overcrowded Ramadan buffet dinner going on. No ordinary food available before 9pm. Poor poor service in their coffee-bar later evening.”

”Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.”

”The complimentary airport shuttle (one-way only) was very useful along with the breakfast buffet. Definitely worth staying if you do not want to go island hopping or to the city centre”

”These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

”Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities”

”sauna ei ollut käytössä”

”No tissue box available in the room Carpet is not clean”

”The location was close to many attractions. The hotel gym was very well equipped.”

”Yhden yön yöpyminen lentojen välissä. Toimiva, lähellä KK:n lentokenttää. Palvelu huippuluokkaa. Varhaisen aamulennon vuoksi kirjauduimme ulos ennenkuin aamiais-aikaa. Meille oli pakattu take-away-aamiainen mukaan lentokentälle. Lentokenttäkuljetus järjestyi hotellin toimesta, kun takseja ei...

”If you are reading this, you have a chance to avoid my fate. We needed a quick booking on the mainland after a late flight and questionable ferry transfer to an island resort. I saw the pictures, room configurations, and the rating at the time, and went for it. My wife and daughter’s bathroom toilet had NOT BEEN CLEANED. The walls have mosquito blood and random scribbles on them and are generally badly in need of an update. The rooms are NOT soundproofed as stated in the profile - we heard every...

”Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!”
