The luxury resort “BLIJE RUST I” consists of forty apartments spread across four rows, with two swimming pools in between.

Boho Bunita has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Curaçao. The apartment is entirely on one level and accommodates up to four people.

Boho Bunita features a spacious living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom and living room also have ceiling fans.

From the living room, French doors lead out to the covered private patio. There is an awning that can extend the terrace to provide extra shade. The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a gas stovetop, a convection oven with a combination microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a NESPRESSO machine.

The living room is equipped with a smart TV.

The bathroom features a rain shower with hot water and a sink with a mirror. The washing machine is also located here. The toilet is a separate room in the living room. Towels are provided.

Boho Bunita offers free Wi-Fi and 220V outlets. Outside, there is a shared swimming pool. You can enter the resort through the locked gate. Each apartment has its own parking space within the resort.

Blije Rust is just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Willemstad is also within a 10-minute drive.

Explanation of prices & cancellation policies

Water and electricity
Water and electricity are very expensive on the island.
The stay does not include water and electricity consumption.
The rate is €0.50 per kWh. The price for water consumption is €5.00 per m³.
Consumption will be deducted from the security deposit.

Cleaning
For stays longer than 8 days, it is possible to book an interim cleaning of the apartment for €50 per cleaning.

For stays longer than 2 weeks, an interim cleaning is required.

The cost of the final cleaning is €125.

Security Deposit and (Down) Payment
The security deposit is €250.
For stays longer than two weeks, the security deposit is increased by 50 euros per week.


Cancellation
If the tenant cancels the stay within 60 days of arrival, the tenant remains liable for 100% of the rental price. If the renter cancels the stay more than 60 days before arrival, the renter remains liable for the deposit.

If no new guests are arriving on your departure day, you may, upon consultation, continue to use the apartment for longer. You can book a late checkout until 6:00 p.m. for €50.
