”Tuscany Residence was more than we expected! A gorgeous home, with lots of room for my family of so to spread out and have some privacy. Usually we’re driving each other nuts by the end of the week, but the fact that everyone had their own space was great! Kevin met us at check-in to show us around the home, explained how the appliances worked, and was super responsive to any questions we had throughout the week. We chose to rent one of the luxury villas, and the pool was a nice way to relax...

”The location was absolutely perfect. The view was stunning. The unit itself met our needs however the bed was extremely hard. The communication with the host was challenging and did cause me concern as trying to get a response to my questions or concerns was difficult. But all in all it turned out Just fine. ”

”This is a total sham. A con job. I did not get anything till the last day of this luxurious suite. I originally reserved a house with pool and hot tub. It was a bait and switch, never got an email confirming reservation because you all were giving me a dump of a room, not a house that I reserved. The room is very small the furniture is from the Salvation Army. I have plenty of photos to share with the bbb and all on Facebook. Never have I been treated to this level of crap by your organization....

”I recommend this place to someone who loves privacy. We received great care from the host. We stayed in the king bedroom, which was super comfortable and spacious. It was only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, going through the passageway, which was super convenient since we did not rent a car, and the bus stop was also right in front of the Marriot which was right outside the passageway. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and clean as well, and they had a number we could call if we needed...

”Kitchen should have cooking oil, toilet is not fresh easily,”

”The place was clean and the pool was nice with no harsh chlorine smell. There were toys for the pool and ocean. Beach towels were provided as well. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The two rooms apart from the main house had a harsh chemical smell. (Maybe plumbing issue) The gas/hot water was not working for the last two days of our stay. Could not use the stove or dryer. Shower would not get hot. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation in Aruba. ”
