The holiday home is modern and furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. A slide is located in the garden and by the pool as well. A trampoline is also available.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 7 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 16 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over 2 steps and a 30 sqm terrace directly in the hallway. Access to the upper floor through separate internal staircase. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed and 1 baby bed, lounge and TV. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Kitchenette with refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. German programmes are available


Location
Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and tumble dryer. TV reception via cable. German channels are available. The accommodation has hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Hygiene measures: Disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are followed.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to mid-September, 5 m x 9 m, 1.2 m deep).
