Lower Unit, As Described, Great Location
Had everything we could have wanted for a comfortable stay; clean and nicely appointed! Kitchen well equipped for all our cooking needs and the entire unit was just as pictured. Only surprise was that it was a bit noisy. Being on lower level we could hear the people upstairs move about. The host was responsive and overall we had a very nice stay!

Perfect for three adults
We had a wonderful stay here! My sister, my brother and myself stayed here five nights, and the space was perfect for us. We had two bedrooms which were comfortable and a fold out couch, which we did not use. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook breakfast each morning. The place was very clean and comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent! We would definitely stay again.

Quick visit
We just stayed one night. Rubin was very attentive & easy to contact/work with. The place is super cute; well maintained & clean. It's in a nice area of town, & was close to the college (which was our main objective). We would stay there again.

The place met all our beeds.
This was a quick trip over the weekend. The place was centally located and in a nice neighborhood. Parking was a bit tight but mostly do to all of the snow piles. Over all a very nice place to stay.

We love staying at this property! It's a great location, close to just about everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. I even write down the name of the mattress to check into getting for our home. Kitchen has everything you need. The host is very responsive. This is our second time here and certainly won't be our last.

The property is conveniently located near many of the hospitals in Sioux Falls, grocery stores, and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is safe and convenient, and the accessibility to the property was very well noted in the communication with Rubin. The space was perfect for two; although, it was large enough for a family or two couples. It was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and super cozy. We highly recommend this property! What a great experience. Our family traveled to Sioux Falls for a concert and wewere not interested in a hotel stay for 3 nights. Checked VRBO and find this property. The photos don't do the property justice. Great decor, clean, comfortable, quiet, etc. Close to everything we needed to get to, quiet neighborhood, and off street parking. Rubin was a great host and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The only negative thing about this trip was that we couldn't stay for longer 😁. Thanks, Rubin!!

Our experience was a positive one. The property was extremely clean and tidy. Our host was amazing and very accommodating. This is our second time staying at the property which was located in a very convenient location to almost everything in Sioux Falls. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back if we are in the area.

Our little place was perfect for myself & 88 yr old Mom. It was so very clean.
Overall it was great! Cute decor.. Provided more than normal rentals. Great neighborhood & quiet. Only suggestion is a comfortable lounge chair/loveseat/couch for movie watching. Great nonstick floors & shower floor for my Mom.

It was a wonderful trip
I had a wonderful trip and will book again. I really enjoyed the style of the furnishing. This was by far one of my favorite vrbo's to stay at. I will defiantly plan on booking again. It had great wifi. The TV worked great. The architecture was wonderful. I loved it. I enjoyed it very well. I was even able to bring a comfirble bed to a friend and it was an amazing night. I love the way the interior design was. Thank you so much for the wonderful housing. I really enjoyed the stay. I will defiantly look for similar architecture with vrbo. I love everything about the trip. This vrbo did a wonderful job. I just can't wait till it to go on sale again and I can book again. Thank. you

We were very impressed with how accommodating Rubin was with providing things for our 18 month old. They had a pack n play and high a chair set up when we got there and even provided some toys for him to play with during our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first vrbo experience, and we couldn’t have been happier. The apartment was spacious, spotless and conveniently located. Great Location - Wonderful Property
Two adults rented the property. Each had their own room. I believe one bed was queen and one bed was king. Each was comfortable. Additional blankets were brought out of the closet for the person in the king bed. The person in the king bed complained of too much light from the sun in the morning! That person, however, is a night owl and works the night shift! I had the queen bed and had no issue with rising early with the sunlight! All windows had operational blinds, so there was privacy when needed. The livingroom was very comfortable, with sofa, big TV, coffee table etc. The TV is set up so that many channels and streaming services can be accessed. Available lighting is excellent! The ceiling lighting control has a unique design, but I had it mastered by the time I left! The kitchen has the basics so that if you want to cook your meals at the VRBO you can. There is plenty of space in the refrigerator for your food purchases! The toaster can accomodate bagels! There is a microwave oven. I probably forgot something! The small kitchen table worked more as a storage space for our stuff than as an eating table! But you could actually eat at the table if you wanted! We cheated and ate in the livingroom at the coffee table. But, since we can be slobs at times, we put our own blanket folded onto the floor so that we wouldn't spill and/or stain the throw carpet below it! The bathroom is sufficient for doing your business! There are hooks for your towels; a blow dryer if needed; a fancy mirror that will keep the glass from fogging when the shower is used; a powerful enough light and fan to remove the moisture and other things as needed! A bonus was the availability of the clothes washer and dryer. After many days of traveling, it was nice to be able to get the clothes clean again! So here is the bottom line: Rubin was very accomodating. He made arrangements for me to get the access code for the front door because I had a 'dumb' [not smart] phone! He tolerated my texts that had strange or stupid questions! If he wasn't available to assist, he had associates who were willing to assist. The property is nicely decorated and well-appointed such that neither of us wanted to leave! In fact, the last day we just 'chilled' inside. We were more than comfortable there within the property; we always felt safe and comfortable outside. I would highly recommend this particular VRBO for its amenities, location, and attentiveness of the owner.
