”Really comfortable apartment with lovely bedrooms, pristine linen, warm bedding, plenty of fluffy towels, excellent bathroom and kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Really close to the town centre, not far from the big supermarket, convenient for the thermal spas and other activities. A great place to stay for a week. ”This is a very family friendly property. Staff were very helpful and maintain a very high level of cleanliness. The resident cat is adorable and made us feel at home. The only small issue , is that there is very little soundproofing so you can hear voices from adjoining rooms. Would definitely go back again.”

”The hotel was quite nice and the beds comfortable. We had to ask for more coffee bags, since there was only one small filter bag in the room. No disch washer. Only stairs up to the second level. The restaurant-also for breakfast -was closed.”

”What a lovely setting for a stay in Rotarua! Close enough to town to have easy access while keeping a bit of distance between the amazing geysers and their aromas and antics. Further, the rooms and grounds are a destination in themselves, with the accommodating manager Rajiv Shama and his staff always available to help with questions, reservations, and transportation. Breakfasts were lovely and fast. Take the time to walk the grounds and talk to the parrots. Thoroughly charming. ”
