”The hotel is superbly located close to two busy streets with shops, bars & restaurants, yet the street where the hotel is was quiet. Be warned, there's an excellent bakery just around the corner, very hard to resist! Also the beach is only a short walk away. The room was spacious & clean complete with air-con and cooking possibility if you're up to it. They waited for us when we arrived from a late flight in the middle of the night and the check-in was smooth. The personnel was super friendly...

”Immaculate room, excellent location. Beware the difference between private bath and ensuite bath as the former is across the hall and has to be unlocked/relocked every visit. Only one room has a “private” bath The rest have ensuite. Checkin is a bit difficult as there is no onsite staff so it must be coordinated via whatsapp or some third party website ahead of time. The only annoyance that would keep us from visiting again was the doorbell to the rooms area that looks like a light switch. ...

”Perfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee. Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome. As far as location goes, it couldn’t be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away. Exceptional value. If this was my property, I’d be charging double! ”
