"The hotel was an outstanding destination. We arrived late in the evening long after normal operating hours and the hotel had very kindly set up instructions with access codes and directions to quickly and easily access our room stress free. The food was extremely good, local and the hotel's coffee was the best we had in Sicily after trying multiple cafe's around the city including Erice. Chiara was an excellent host and helped us also check out late after hours to make our stay even that much more enjoyable. Definitely will come again in the future if the opportunity arises.
