This single story 4-bedroom/4 Full Bath house is privately located in the southwest corner of Black Butte Ranch and is perfect for your quiet escape. Located just off the 13th fairway of Glaze Meadows, there are acres of private forest lands for hiking just off the back deck. Within walking distance there is a swimming pool, pickle ball and basketball courts. Just a short drive away is the Glaze Meadows Rec Center with indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, spa, sauna and snack shop.

For winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding and sledding, Hoodoo Mountain is 15 minutes from the ranch. For fishing adventures, the Metolius River is 10 minutes across the highway. Lots of outdoor activities await including golf at Big Meadows and Glaze Meadows courses inside the Ranch. Also, the house has a large selection of bikes available for all ages to cruise around the ranch.

The kitchen, dining, and living area have vaulted ceilings with an open floor plan. The living room has a river rock decorated, wood burning fireplace, with leather couches to enjoy the fireplace setting or watch your favorite game/show on the wall mounted TV. For dining purposes, we have a breakfast nook area as well as formal dining table to cater to large family gatherings. Features in the kitchen include refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and an oven with a cook top, and all the kitchen cookware that you will need to prepare, cook your meals for the group.

The back deck is all new Trex decking with bench seating all around with great views of the Ponderosa pines, fir and aspen trees in the yard. Just off the deck is the hot tub. Plenty of seating areas to enjoy the favorable sunshine in Central Oregon or BBQ on the new deck with the propane fueled BBQ.

The master bedroom has a new King bed with large bathroom with jetted tub and tile shower. Two additional bedrooms have queen size beds that have their own full bathrooms. Then at the other end of the house the new addition has the bunk bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a new bathroom with tile shower. We also have furnished a queen blow up mattress bed to go in the bunk. We have converted the office/den space into a TV room with Queen Sofa Sleeper and love seat. In total there are 8 beds (1 King, 3 queens, 4 twins) and an additional queen-size blow-up mattress just in case.
The 4 bathrooms offer a bathtub, jetted bathtub, showers and an outdoor hot tub for a luxurious experience. AC, and electric heat pump throughout the house ensure a comfortable stay as well as the wood burning fireplace. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind and be at peace in our place.
THE RANCH:
The community offers shared pools, a game room, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, mini golf and 2 award winning golf courses, and paved bike paths that will keep everyone busy. Multiple restaurants spread throughout the ranch, newly renovated lodge with a bistro. The general store is also on site for quick grab and go's food or commonly forgotten travel items.

******* Beginning in 2024 Black Butte Resort Requires Homeowners to collect resort fees after bookings are made. The fee is based on a percentage of just the direct revenue to homeowners. So please be advised Black Butte Ranch charges owners an additional facilities fee which is 12% of the rental revenue amount. The fee will be an add on after booking is confirmed and will be emailed in a separate invoice after booking, and will be listed as club access fee billed through VRBO. *******
