When mealtimes come around, there will be multiple ways to whip up your favorite recipes with a well-equipped kitchen and private gas grill. Plus, everyone can choose to dine in or eat alfresco under the shade of towering trees.

At this home, you will also have access to community amenities such as a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and gym, so you will have no dull moments while on vacation. When you want to venture out a bit, Black Butte Ranch offers guests 1,800 acres of nature to explore, including over 18 miles of hiking and biking trails. Plus, the resort has two championship golf courses, tennis courts, and horseback riding to enjoy. With mild summers and gorgeous winters, guests are sure to enjoy this getaway year-round!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
