Family-Friendly, Modern Home with Extra Large Hot Tub with EV Charger

This home has modern touches to make your stay comfortable and easy: EV charger, Large Hot Tub, and fully stocked kitchen. The property is fully fenced for your furry friends to enjoy their stay as well, and it is only 100 yards away from National Forest for easy access. Although the wood stove is for aesthetic looks only, this home exudes cozy and comfortable vibes.

This home has been renovated recently and we have taken extra measures to include features to make your stay more comfortable. There is central A/C and heating throughout that helps keep you comfortable regardless of the time of year. Our kitchen is stocked with a large variety of utensils and appliances to ensure you can cook or prepare whatever you might need. There is a propane grill and firepit in the backyard, and our extra large hot tub. We have even installed an EV charger for any of your vehicle charging needs (Although it is a Tesla charger, we have an adapter for other vehicles). We have a large screen Fire TV in the living room, and a large kitchen table (with leaves) to fit your whole family around for dinner. We hope this is a place where you can make memories and relax and unwind.

Our home is located in the charming Tollgate Community. Each lot is located on 0.5-1 acre lots providing the community feel, without being right on top of the neighbors. There is a community pool that is open Memorial Day through Labor day, walking paths throughout the neighborhood, a large field for games, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and access to national forest. This neighborhood really provides the solitude you seek for vacations, while also giving plenty of opportunities for play.

Since our home is located in Central Oregon, the weather can range from extremely snowy and icy in the winter, to very hot and occasionally smoky in the summer due to wildfires. We stick to our stated cancellation policy regardless of the weather. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip. If there is ever a scenario in which evacuations took place (very rare), then we would refund your stay.

Our home has a ring doorbell as well as two security cameras that cover the driveway as well as parking areas for your safety. In order to keep our lawn as fresh as possible, maintenance workers might arrive during your stay to cut the grass, rake, etc but will not enter the home. We have a service that comes weekly to service the hot tub and they might arrive during your stay to do basic maintenance.
