Welcome to your perfect Central Oregon getaway! This beautifully remodeled Sisters home is located in the Tollgate neighborhood and is literally steps away from the community pool, pickleball courts, and tennis courts — just walk across the street and you’re there. Set on a peaceful 1/2-acre lot, this dog-friendly home has modern comfort, stylish design, and plenty of space for families and groups to relax and unwind.

Inside, you’ll find a bright open floor plan with beautiful modern furniture and decor, a cozy living room with a Smart TV for streaming, and a fully stocked kitchen and dining area designed for gathering together. The spacious downstairs primary suite features a king bed and a luxurious spa-style bathroom with a huge tiled walk-in shower, double vanity, and lighted makeup vanity.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms - each with a queen bed, along with a large loft/bonus hangout space that includes comfortable seating and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. With 2 full bathrooms upstairs and an additional powder bathroom downstairs (plus the master bath), there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We can host up to 8 people comfortably.

Outside, we have a private saltwater hot tub open 24/7 and a covered front porch with rocking chairs for your morning coffee time. Let your kids and dogs play freely in the large fully fenced backyard. Whether you're visiting Sisters for skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, family time, or simply a peaceful escape, this home offers the perfect blend of all that makes Central Oregon one of the best places in the US!

Miscellaneous Notes:

- the wood burning fireplace pictured in the living room is not operational and will not be available for use during your stay.

- the floorplan is slightly quirky; to access the backyard you'll have to either go through the master bedroom, or through the garage.

- We allow a maximum of 2 dogs.

-There is a community pool within the neighborhood that guests can use (usually opens Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day Weekend, but this is weather dependent). Tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts can also be used by guests.

- Please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
