This expansive home accommodates up to 20 guests, offering ample space for creating cherished memories. Nestled among aspens and pines, with a secluded back patio. During the day, explore the surroundings, take advantage of the ranch`s amenities, then return for evening entertainment.You can even walk the path from the backyard to the South Meadow pool and tennis courts. If you have a pet the fee is $198 and discounted for the 2nd. If you first choose not to bring a dog and then do, please communicate. We will help you add to the reservation.

This home is a great place for multiple families/friend groups. We have 3 king bedrooms rooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. 2 queen bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. We have another queen bedroom that would use the hall bathroom upstairs. The bonus room has 6 twin beds and a large space for playing. It has a ballet bar with mirror closet doors and a wood floor if anyone has a dancer in their group. This space also has a king Murphy bed that we can pull down and make up for you if you wish. There is a full bath at the bottom of the stairs. The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers. The kitchen is equipped with 2 dishwashers, a double oven, large refrigerator and we have an extra refrigerator with freezer near the laundry room.

Guests have access to the full house, less some locked closet space spaces. Please be respectful of the homeowner`s belongings; they do leave some things in the home.

As of January 2024 the resort now has us collect the resort fees. The rate is inside your reservation as part of the nightly rate and it is 13.5%.

We ask that you help housekeeping by washing the pool/hot tub towels the night prior to departure.
