”I loved staying here! My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. I wasn't expecting to have so many amenities available-- my room included a small, well-stocked kitchen, as well as a washing machine. The staff provided a guide with restaurant and cafe recommendations which I found indispensable! Would definitely recommend staying here.”

”The room was very clean, the bed terrific and the view from the balcony just great. Front desk and cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our time at Hotel Pino and on Jeju enormously. Parking was easy and plentiful. Having on-site laundry, however, for our length of stay would have been a plus.”

”Great location--on the Ollie trail (trails 6 and 7) snd close to the market, food, and shopping.”

”Breakfast was not good. Also self-service dish return and plastic plates are something that doesnt belong to hotel breakfast. We skipped breakfast almost every morning. The hotel corridors were shabby and in need of renovation.”

”The room was spacious with a big tub in an enclosed balcony. We were on the 3rd floor so the view was not very good but can still the ocean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the communal dryer was not working properly. After 2 hours of drying the clothes were still damp. Please make sure dryer is working properly before washing your clothes. The hotel is close to the waterfalls, cliff and walking bridge. You do need a car to get around. Driving is easy.”
