”Everything was fine with exception of check-in. Several people, including us, tried to check in at 4pm and were told the rooms were not available and didn’t know when they would be. We were there to attend a 7:10pm game so it was an inconvenience.”

”Was a good stay for the night. Room is smaller but was clean. I recommend bringing your own pillows unless you like really like thin ones. Staff was great.”

He ignored me staying to wait. Rooms are not cleaned. As fancy saying we are full. Dirty carpet. This was my bad experience, also they are not interested for third party booking. So request Expedia to remove this from list.”

”They called the room a “premier queen suite” and was supposed to have 2 queen beds but they were 2 full sized beds. I measured them because my son is 6’4 and it was a noticed size difference. I asked them about it and they receptionist kept using hotel jargain like “it automatically converted to the TFTN” and I asked what that means only to be answered “that’s what you booked”. ”Room was very clean and modern, as was the hotel in general. Valet parking was extremely convenient. The surrounding area was also clean with lots of easy food/coffee options and hotel was 1 block from the train, which we used to get to Wrigley (10 minute ride). Overall excellent experience! Would certainly stay here again.”
