”We had been to Bonneville Hot Springs Resort before it closed about 10 yrs ago and although the building common areas and surroundings are still beautiful, it was really a shell of its former glory because it has been left without proper care. When we got to our room it was dirty - you could tell the room had just been rushed through when being cleaned. ”The cabin was very clean, and communication with the hosts was excellent. They responded quickly and were very helpful throughout our stay. However, the amenities could use some improvement. The check-in process was more complicated than expected due to the amount of documentation that needed to be uploaded. Additionally, the checkout time was too early. With a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM checkout, it felt like there was very limited time to enjoy the cabin beyond simply sleeping there.”

”The best thing about our stay for our family of 6 was that we had a room with a king bed and two queen beds at a reasonable price. (Hard to find usually (our kids were excited that no one had to sleep on a pull-out couch! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent (better coffee than most hotels). The shower was just average - not a lot of pressure and the bedding could have been better but would definitely stay again as we had a nice stay.”

”I had a great two night stay here. It was so great to have something different - this felt very homey. Bed and pillows were excellent! It was a tad too hot the first evening as I assume the AC was not turned on during the day of arrival. It did cool down for the rest of the stay. It was quiet place, great location and the lady at the reception was lovely! I should have stayed longer!”

”What an amazing little hidden gem in a sweet little town in Oregon! It had a fully stocked kitchen, free coffee, plenty of towels, a full deck, a huge BBQ pit, and the most comfortable bed I've slept in in years! It was immaculate! So super clean! They provided earplugs and a sound machine, I assume to help you sleep through any noises from the road, but none of that was needed because it was so peaceful and dead silent all around us. We are definitely putting this sweet little motel on our list...

”Quirky resort. Lots of artsy stuff. But I paid $275 for one night. That didn’t include a bathroom, TV, or phone. Building is very old and historic but not well maintained and the community bathrooms smelled. Not for me.”

”Room was very clean and housekeeping was quite communicative. The hotel is gorgeous inside and everything is in mint condition. The lobby area has free plates, forks, maps, and coffee! Very comfortable and warming place!! Property was a two minute walk to the river and the views were amazing!”
