”The door to room 309 didn't lock. I complained The towel was rough There was dust and garbage between the bed and wall TV was small and hard to see The room smelled of strong curry food. Like someone had cooked in the room The back door the water was not draining from the rain and had to step in water ”

”Yes , there was a free breakfast. Nothing fancy Front Desk was great It was in the heart of Syracuse, so walking distances to many amenities and restaurants. 10 min drive to the airport or the Mall. And the parking lot has one EV charging station I think it's a great choice for a short a short stay MG”

”I booked a studio one king for two nights. But I was given a handicapped accessible room. It was very disappointing and nothing could be done since they were at full capacity. Someone certainly had to have reserved these rooms since all the others were already booked. I am asking for a future complimentary rebooking!!”

”Room was dirty, bed was incredibly uncomfortable, everything was just worn; carpet had spots on it and there were spots and paint chips missing on the wall. ”

”This inn has basic services and works well for an overnight stay. Excellent pizza restaurant within a walking distance.”

”Aidan at the front desk check in was welcoming and personable. He conversed with me and it didn’t seem phony or an obligation as part of the job. It made a positive impression!”

”Sink and bathroom drains plugged. Showered in 3 inches of water. Additionally no bath towels on room . Used face clothed sized towels to dry off after the shower. I will not book comfort inn again. ”

”This is a consistently solid choice for an overnight stay before a flight. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean…only thing I noticed on my last stay was the noise level in the parking lot was a bit much. I’ll just request a room on the other side next trip out. ”
