”Such a beautiful location, and close to most everything. It’s really nice having a grocery store across the street. Everyone I have had interactions with has been wonderful, they are friendly and very helpful. I visit Durango regularly and always stay here.”

”It was convenient to Durango activities, Pool was good, hot tub was broken, work out room was a joke, faucet in room was about to fall off the sink, and whoever painted this place must have been drunk and painted it with a mop or broom. Not likely to go back to this place but it was all that was left over late.”

”The General Palmer Hotel is a special historic hotel. Beautiful and comfortable in all areas. A few things that would make this hotel excellent would be in-room coffee, complimentary water bottles in room, and more or brighter lighting in the rooms. There was not a smart tv in the room but for us it was a minor issue. Beds were very comfortable and the decor matched the feel of the historic hotel. ”

”There is no tv available at this hotel. The staff acts like it is the fault of the provider, but not surprisingly, no one ever came to work on the service. It would be better if they did not lie about the available amenities.”
