”We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip. ”
”We had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Breakfast was nice. There are two small markets in the area in case you want to grab some snacks. There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again.”

I got s message before check-in containing a pin code for self-service check-in. I never needed that code, I only needed to add my last name. The check-in kiosk was weirdly located right next to the front door of the Ad Astra hotel, so everyone walking by could see what you were...
”Stayed here for one night here during a visit to the close by Bettmerhorn. Good basic room, very pleasant service and good breakfast. The mattress was a bit soft for my taste but good for couple nights. Short walk from the town center.”
