”Everything was great, clean room and breakfast has many options and all were very good for hotel buffet breakfast. This was perfect location, right outside of the city but only 10 mins from where we were going in the city!”

”The room was clean, close to the airport, nice room. My only issues were, we spoke to a lady at the front desk that told us we could park our car there for $20 a week and use the free shuttle. When we arrived we were informed that was not accurate and the shuttle was booked. Also you can tell they’ve don’t some updates, they must of ran out of money cause they had the absolute worst pillows I’ve ever used. Tiny and hard, woke up several times with ear pain from them. And my sink kept clogging....

”I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well . The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part. Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can . When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor . The staff gave us some $ off .”

”Wonderful customer service! Check in was handled professionally and "Wendy's mom" was helpful and super personable. Clean, convenient, parking, elevator, breakfast, shuttle service begins at 4am, noon checkout. Comfy bed, great water pressure. Tics all the boxes for a traveler level hotel. Also, the price was the same as the truly dreadful bait and switch hotel we fled before coming here.”
