”Need air conditioners! I do understand it is Ireland and it’s not usually this hot , but with climate changing, it was very uncomfortable in the room in at night. Windows were open street noise was very loud. Everything else was fantastic, but it was way too hot, and I’m from Florida where it is always hot.”

”The hotel runs with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine. The staff are polite and very attentive while the food is to a very high standard overall. Our room was cosy and clean, although the absence of a lift can prove problematic for anyone with a disability. Well located, the hotel affords easy access to the surrounding area. Overall, the hotel exudes a homely feel, offering good food, attentive service and comfortable accommodation.”

”Without a doubt this hotel is a credit to its owners. The location is superb and the hotel itself is of a very high standard. However, we had a problem with a meal that I feel was not dealt with in a way that matched the standard of the hotel. Two pieces of plastic were found in the mix of a fish pie that one of my party was eating. Despite dealing with this very discreetly in a very packed bar full of holidaymakers we were not reimbursed nor thanked for our understanding. One week...

”The host was unfriendly and hadn't turned heat on so was very cold. Kitchen and bathroom had no heat. Terrible shower and refrigerator was worthless owner told us a stick in the freezer. Even her son said this was a nuisance. I would stay at West Cork Hotel in Skiberean again never again at Rineen.”

”I stayed in quite a few hotels in Cork this time for my visit and I feel like this hotel has to be far worst in my experience. - The elevator did not work so had to drag my suitcase two flight of stairs - There was only one towel in the bathroom and the tub had hair - Everything in the room was covered in dust - The TV did not work - The WiFi was horrible - I had the room by the street so got woken up at 1 am by people making loud noise in the street - The complimentary breakfast was bare...
