”The room looked cleaned. Hallways and carpets were dirty. The pool heater did not work, there were no towels in pool, hot tub, sauna area. Breakfast was great and front desk receptionists were amazing.”

”The bathroom had been updated but shower heads were positioned oddly. The inside of the room was clean but the outside of the property was not well maintained. It had a window air conditioner that had to board off part of the window letting in a lot of outside noise. Pool was not useable. Staff was unhelpful”

”For a hotel charging nearly $500 a night, the service and cleanliness were very disappointing.
There was trash in the hallways, and maid service was only provided every other day. The hallways did not appear to be vacuumed or cleaned regularly. It was also a cold weekend, and we asked for an extra blanket for my grandson but never received one.
