”The suite requires more attention from the staff. The place was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower cabinet, the countertop was stained, the floor was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was not stocked well with soap, we have to change the soap dispenser by ourselves and there was not enough soap to change the second one. The breakfast was poor quality. For the price asked for this accommodation, the overall experience and service quality should be much better, very disappointing. ”

”We had a very pleasant two-night stay in Alpbach. The hotel is well-located, close to the center of the town of Alpbach, but on a quiet side street. The room was spacious and clean, and had a balcony with beautiful views of the valley and mountains. The breakfast, especially with home-made omelettes, was a good preparation for a day on the mountains. We enjoyed the stay a lot - thank you!”
