”We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

”The tranquil setting and gorgeous building felt very special. We also enjoyed the gourmet breakfast that started the day . My only observation is that the Arts & Crafts building offers an opportunity to enhance that throughout rather than what is on the walls now, and feels like generic hotel decor that could be found anywhere. The priory is special, and that could be enhanced.”

I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! Parhaat hotelliarvostelut kohteessa Skokholm Island

St David's Cross Hotel

St David's Cross Hotel

10/10 Loistava
"We were glad that we chose this hotel in the centre of tiny St Davids village. Nice location, nice building, nice garden for drinks and food and in addition a good breakfast selection. The room could have been a little bit bigger though, but the building is old and I can see the limitations for space. I can honestly recommend this place."

8/10 Hyvä
"Check-in required a call to a telephone number, which, for a foreigner, was a bit complicated. The room was okay, surprisingly spacious, although rather minimally decorated. The bathroom was okay but the shower very confined. The breakfast was adequate but was lacking products with protein; eggs and deli meats would be a necessary addition. Parking was good and easy."
