”The breakfasts were scrumptious. The beach was just below our room, with extensive views across the Cleddau estuary, with 2 swans coming in and out with the tides. The hotel staff were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. ”

”Beautiful, comfortable boutique hotel stay with exceptional staff. Marie was wonderful, acquainted us with the history of the Castle and the wonderful hotel amenities. ”We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

”Beautifully remodeled seaview room. Appreciated the nice shower and toiletries. Breakfast was provided the evening before in a cooler. All needed items were thoughtfully provided. Self-check in and out easy and the directions were clear. Dinner in the pub was also quite tasty.”
