”We had an excellent stay at the Kenmore Club. The area was very peaceful and we enjoyed the hotel facilities which included swimming, tennis and mini golf. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we used the SMS service for quick messaging to the desk. The accommodation was a little dated and some of the fixtures were needing a refresh but that didnt detract from our stay. We were glad we got a chance to eat at the Waterfront restaurant. ”Central location. Right in the hustle and bustle of the city and 1 block from Queen St station. Lift was out unexpectedly and the staff carried all our luggage to our suite and I also witnessed them adjusting to other guests room needs related to this. And they did it with a smile. Highly functional space provided in bathroom and kitchenette space. Loved the Caramel bars left for us as well :) ”

”Everything was really nice and smooth. The staff was really helpfull and the location was really good bunch of restaurants and bars as well as close to the central Station. The only thing to mention negatively was the flooring was made of wood so the noise’s from the upper floor come through, so depending the neighbor it could be noisy. ”
