”I think this was one of the easiest times we have checked in. The staff was friendly, the hotel was gorgeous even with an influx of people for the holidays and a girls volleyball tournament. The Italian restaurant in the hotel was phenomenal as well. I couldn’t be more pleased. Great job team!”

Staff felt a little informal, would prefer a bit more polished reception area, overall it feels casual and it was great!”

”It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day.”

”The rooms are not like pictured at all. Layout is the same but very outdated. There was mold in the room, the door barely shut, and it smelled musty. There were cracks in the walls, rust in the shower, and only one sheet on the bed. Definitely won’t stay again.”

”Awesome music themed lobby, very cool looking and as you are about to think this is an old classic hotel, we were pleasantly impressed with how modern and slick the interior was. Easily the best room we’ve stayed in and we’ve been in a few.

”There were NON-HANDICAPPED vehicles parked in the handicap parking spots. One person said they were just visiting a guest. Another said they park there all the time. Three of the vehicles had NO handicap plates or Placards. Very difficult for us to move to the door. We were too exhausted to make a seen. We will not stay here again. There are many other places to pick from nearby.”
