”We have stayed at the Ruby River several times the last few years and enjoy it every time. The rooms and entire facility are clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful and the restaurant food is delicious. We also enjoy the walking path along the river immensely.”

”We liked the gated parking lot with cameras and security that went through every 2 hours. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Staff was very pleasant. Our TV control would not work and after their efforts of an hour we had to change rooms. They couldn’t composite us as we booked through Expedia.”

Two out of five nights the housekeepers never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. When we called the front desk they were uninterested and of no help at all. The property is getting dated and the management and service for the price has left the building.”
