”This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is a seating area that they provide with a coffee/snack area, along with a breakfast area. This hotel is up the hill with restaurants nearby. Since parking is provided - use this space and walk around as there is little parking available in town.”

”It is a wonderful hotel and well priced. It was a resting point as we travelled from west Slovakia to the east. We slept well because the bed was comfortable and the room was quite. The room is crystal clean and modern. And the staff are more than great, especially Christina who didn’t hesitate one second to help us in everything we needed ”

Good buffet breakfast for 9€ in a small same owner hotel next door👍 The room discount price was about 190€ for 5 nights, price-quality ratio PERFECT! Good restaurants and pub right next door and a small Supermarket across the road 10 meters away. Taxi to the train station 4€🌞 Walking distance 2.5km Prievidza Airport (Gliding competitions) or taxi 3€. A full 10 Star holiday, Thank you!”

I had booked three nights in this pension and when I arrived there, they said unfortunately they don't have room for me, but instead they had book a room for me in an apartment which was below all ratings. They never informed me about problems and I had received confirmation from hotels.com about the booking. Lady at the reception was nice and polite so for her I give 5/5 rating.”

”My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia.”
