”Summit is a nice upscale "North Eastern" town, with a very walkable downtown. The DeBary Inn is a large charming old house, on a nice lot, within a 5 minute gentle walk to downtown cafes and restaurants. We chose a large room which was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a newer and better shower head, and the toiletries were very low-end. The continental breakfast was minimal. There was no coffee/tea in the room, but there was a refrigerator and a microwave oven. There is a single serve...

”Bit of a bait and switch. The rooms are very small. The fireplace is bring your own wood. And the fireplace isn't wide enough so it sets the fire alarm off. The shower is a tube. The wifi doesn't work on the property and I struggled to get data. The cable is connected to wifi so that doesn't work. The rooms are decorated with very odd paintings. Very easily could be the scene of a scary movie. The pond had a bunch of trash, a fountain that resemble my lawn sprinkler, and was very cheap looking...

”Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay.”

”Dirty room , dirty sheets THAT SMELL REALLY BAD dirty blankets , roaches , no heat , very much uncomfortable DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE”

”nice”

”It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.”

”Geoff was awesome. We didn’t have time to explore the outdoors but indoors from movie room to watching a football game in a hot tub was fantastic. Despite the two bedrooms being in separate spaces, they are a few outdoor steps from each other and easy to manage. Thanks again Geoff!”

” we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...
