”Black Bear Lodge was a great location for a reunion of friends and family that have been skiing together for nearly forty years. We love Snowshoe and the lodge was exceptionally convenient to Cupp Run. We had 14 adults and two children and we were all comfortable. Our host was great with communication and provided everything in the lodge needed for enjoyment. ”We absolutely loved our stay at the Dome Home! The house is stunning and so spacious. Harman was extremely informative and communicative. The town was a quick 2 minute drive or you could walk if you want. I 10/10 recommend this property for anyone considering. One of the best Vrbo rentals I’ve ever had!”

”The ski/ski out location is perfect and on a very easy green so accessible to all skill levels. Highlights of the house include comfortable beds, a great hot tub on the deck and a very well stocked kitchen. It’s worth being aware that the house can be drafty and there’s not really a mud room for gear storage and getting ready to ski. All in all, this is a great place to enjoy a ski vacation.”

”We’ve stayed at numerous Snowshoe properties and this is by far our favorite. It’s very spacious, clean, well equipped, and the view is fantastic. The den was a great place for our teens to hang. Having a garage was a game changer to store and work on bikes. We look forward to returning in July.”

”Spent the long weekend skiing with a friend, my daughter, and her friends. The house was amazing. The bathrooms are brand new and the rooms were perfect. I liked the master on the first floor. The hot tub was a bonus but the lid had a poor design. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. We were disappointed the fireplace did not work. The shuttle to the ski mountains was superb and an absolute bonus. We would definitely stay again.”

”Lovely house! We had a ton of snow and it was difficult to get to the property. Luckily we had 4W drive, which is a must. The only thing lacking was coffee mugs. There were 5 which is inadequate for a house that sleeps 20, but otherwise it was well equipped and comfortable.”

”Great place for larger groups. Had great space for our group - including seating and fridge space. First time staying outside the core of the village. Only maybe a 7-10 minute walk to the village, just keep in mind the elevation change. Be sure to use the shuttle if you struggle with stairs.”

”I went there to propose to my now fiancé, the plan was for friends and family to arrive first and by the time I proposed on the mountain our friends to be waiting to surprise her. The staff was super accommodating with an early check in and the place was great, very large and ski on ski off from western territories. Highly recommend if you're there with a large group.”

”Was able to walk to and from lifts even during spring low tide. At the top of Powder Monkey lift. Plenty in the cabin to keep the non-snowboarders and skiers busy. Good wifi if you have to work Plenty of cookware and dishes.”

”Me and a group of friends rented this place out for spring break and it was amazing. The house was super clean upon arrival and included many amenities. The house is also located about a 2 minute walk to the ski slope which was a huge plus. Also you can’t beat the view of the sunset on the front porch. The owner Phil is super friendly and easy to get in contact with if needed. Me and my friends will definitely be planning a trip back up here soon.”
