”Lovely place, great setting, super comfortable. Close to everything in and near Reddding.”

”The room was clean and ready. The bed was comfortable, but we were happy we brought our own pillows. This motel is at the north end of town, and there were really no dinner options without driving back into town, in the dark and the rain. As we were going north, it was nice in the morning to grab breakfast (provided) and hit the freeway without having to go back through town.”

”Clean room, staff very welcoming ”

”Check-in took 45 minutes from when I got to the counter. Staff didn’t know how to retrieve my reservation which was booked through Expedia. Then they didn’t know how to make a room key, because they were unable to log into their computer program. The room itself was fine, but with the location so close to the highway, there was incredibly loud traffic noise all night. I would avoid this hotel ”

”Everything was great until we tried the tv, they offer streaming but when we tried to cast our programs, there was no internet service. Thus we were unable to watch what we wanted and the number of other channels available was very limited. We were not happy about it.”

”I did not feel like the property was particularly welcoming for either people or dogs. The staff seemed annoyed when questions came up. For example, morning coffee was promised in the lobby, but there wasn't any. Guests had to go to the restaurant and stand around and wait. The hotel is modern and beautiful and in a lovely location. But not friendly. ”
