Lomamajat – Sleat

”Loistava aamiainen, rauhallinen sijainti. Hankala liikkua julkisilla”

”Very special place, we can’t wait to revisit. Lovely, quaint room with lots of storage. Beautiful restaurant and homey pub. Location is simply perfect.”

”The Coachman's Quarters was a lovely homebase for our Isle of Skye adventures. My husband, my parents, and our mini-dachshund, Pip, all felt at home.”

”Hugely overpriced for the standard of accommodation and quality of food on offer. Rooms and dining area cold as heating was not on, although these issues were addressed once I complained. I struggle to see how it has 2 AA rosettes having eaten in multiple fine dining restaurants. The following night we ate at the Old Manse of Blair which also holds 2 AA rosettes and the gulf in quality, favour and service was laughable - the AA should revisit! The rooms are a mish mash of styles and tired. I...

”I enjoyed my stay at the Inn with this exception: On my second of a two night stay I was kept awake by loud rock music, not coming from the bar/ lounge below, but from another room, & not a paying guest- from a mate of a mate. I found that out having being forced to get out of bed at midnight, and having knocked twice on the door of said room, which was either unheard or ignored, I went down to the bar to sort things out. Had I not spoken to a guy at the bar, not staff, but the mate of the mate...

”The power went out due to the storm and the team at Broadford Hôtel was super helpful. They found us an other place to stay and arranged everything for us beautifully.”

”Great property. It is a remote location that is a bit of a drive to get to. It would be great (imho) for stays consisting of at least several days or longer. One suggestion for the property is to add a mirror over the bathroom sink. The mirror on the opposite wall isn’t as practical. Beautiful views and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!”

”Hotellin sijainti oli Skyella loistava, mutta huoneen yleiskunto oli kohtalainen.”

”Beautiful setting, excellent food, comfortable room with a great view, informative distillery tour and no obligation to purchase.”

”Small but efficient room for an overnight stay. Easy access walking to the supermarket and for coffee etc. Glenn was very kind and we were greeted by a wonderfully fluffy and friendly cat as well!”

”Just Be Prepared. The place will grow on you if you stay for more than one day. There are ZERO instructions. You get a lock box code and a message that says which door the day you arrive. Host is slow to respond to messages. There are 3 towels. We washed our own daily to be sure we had some. There are no instructions for the washer or dryer. You will need to google them, because the dryer requires you to empty the lint filter AND a water filter to work and that was new for us. There is no...
