”This is the best hotel I have found off of I-20 going through Louisiana. Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly, and they have a really great selection of food for breakfast. Will stay here when we need a place to stay the night going through Louisiana.”

”Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. ”This property is desperately in need of cleaning. Mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Towels were shedding & old, dingy and still had stains . Bathroom sink was clogged. Suitcase holder was rusted. The bed mattress was maybe 4 or 5 inches thick with an empty box spring. The sheets were so tighty tuck in as if they were nail down I was unable to sleep in the bed. The ONLY thing good about this property was Jess. Jess was the epitome of how a hotel hostess should greet their guests.”

”The room was run down and in need of repairs. There was a foul odor in the toilet. The towel bar in the shower was missing. The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean. In the lavatory area, there was a portion of the wall where something had been attached (probably a hand soap dispenser) to the wall but was torn off leaving broken hole in the drywall. The wall switch light by the door was too dim, around a 40-watt light. Three of the other lamps didn't...

”LeBossier Hotel truly deserves every bit of a 5‑star rating. It’s by far the nicest and most comfortable hotel in the entire Ark‑La‑Tex. The staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and making guests feel at home. I felt safe, relaxed, and taken care of the whole time. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bossier. Highly recommended”

”The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening!”

”This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.”
