”From appearances, the hotel has attempted to re-model however there are telltale signs of wear and tear. The one elevation is dated, small, slow making clunky noise. The elevator inside smelled and the laminate flooring was cracked/broken. We were placed on the 3rd floor, one room from the exit door, felt as though walking a scene from a scary movie. Our room only had one odd like chair! assume it’s a video chair that kids sat in to play video games/one has to lean back and look up at the tv...

On day 2 and 3 we told housekeeping right near our room that we were leaving for the day and the room could be made up, only to return with nothing done. ”The hotel was under construction with dust and fumes. There was no main lobby or breakfast hall. They had moved to a small conference room near the construction. The breakfast offered was very small but near the construction zone with sounds of drills and fumes all around. ”
