”This is a great location in Tairua. We had the two bedroom upstairs villa which is a little dated. Huge main bedroom and ensuite. The second bedroom was combined with a lounge so nowhere really to sit for a chat without being in with the kids. The kitchen was really just a couple of cupboards and a bar fridge. But all was very clean, beds comfortable, great location. The managers were lovely. We will stay again.”

”Very nice lodge with a beautiful seaview. The lodge is on a very quiet street overlooking a seabay. The atmosphere is calm and quiet and you can relax on the terrace and just watch the tides change. Some occassional boats were slowly gliding by. Good bed and ok kitchen. The only negative was that there is no air-conditioning.”

”Family break in lovely Pauanui. Motel is in a great location near to shops/restaurants and short walk to beach or mini golf. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Facilities are good….lovely pool area and tennis court and new games room. Would be happy to return. Carole is lovely…made us and our dog Dexter very welcome.”

”The photos look really nice so it was a little bit of a surprise when we arrived to see it what it was actually like. Mould on the textured ceiling in the bedroom and found a flea in one of the beds (after waking up with bite marks), we don't have any pets so we definitely didn't bring it with us. The unit was full of the owners stuff which cluttered an already small space and made it difficult to find a place to put things. The carpet in the bedroom looked to be original and everything felt...
