”Great stay at Seneca Niagara Hotel & Casino! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything felt clean and well-kept. The location is excellent, and the staff was friendly. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.”

”The floor of the room was literally black with filth. There was human fluids on the mirror around the jacuzzi tub. There were water stains in the ceiling. You had to climb steep narrow stairs to the second floor no elevator. And you had to park out back of the hotel in a bad part of town. It was quite spooky.”

”The staff was the best thing about the place. Super friendly and helpful. This is an old hotel and it shows. Our room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The light over our bed didn't work so it was pretty dark in the room. The only vending they have is ice and water. No coffee, soda or snacks. The rates were cheap so we didn't expect much. I don't think I would stay there again but if you are looking for nothing fancy with low rates this place will do.”

”My family and I stayed at this hotel for my graduation. I suggest the rooms should have more safety features on the room doors. The door on the inside has no physical lock expect for the chain. The door has no peep hole so you can see who is on the other side of the door. The vents in the bathroom should be cleaned or covered they drop very gross things as one is showering. I think if you added like a breakfast that be cool. I love how they still have the phone booth and the hotel is close...

”Helpful and responsive staff. The building and room in general was pretty rundown. Fairly clean all thibgs considering. Simple continental breakfast from 4 - 10 AM.”

”An absolute health hazard this the dirtiest place I have ever seen. The smell of mold overpowers you on the hallways and rooms as well. Not maintained or cleaned at all. Staff at the reception was not friendly at all either .”

”The hotel seems average. For what it offers, I think it is a bit expensive. The rooms could use better ambiance, as it is an older hotel and does not have a pleasant smell. The employees, however, are very friendly. The breakfast is very limited. Its has a large parking lot for free.”

”The hotel is very clean. The staff are very helpful and informative. The continental breakfast was good according to my husband. I don’t usually eat breakfast. The location is like a hidden jewel. The grounds are well manicured. We have stayed here in the past and I feel sure we will in the future.”
