”Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can...

13. Stoke Place Hotel

Slough

”We only stayed one night but all staff we came across were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot to chose from. We had a deluxe room in the top floor which was a good sized room with a huge bed. Our only comments would be that there was no towel rail in the bathroom which was unhelpful, and there was no shower. There was a shower attachment on the bath but this isn't quite the same as a shower. This may very well be down to the head height in the bathroom, but the room was advertised...

”What an incredibly beautiful and luxurious experience! The Langley is a great place to go to pamper yourself. The spa was fabulous and the massage with Revekah is highly recommended. Everyone was super friendly and the room was clean and cozy. The food was delicious and I recommend the chunky fries (sooooo good). My room had a terrace which was a lovely spot for tea. I kept the patio door open at night and the silence around the property is amazing. It was a very serene, peaceful,...

Moxy London Piccadilly Circus

10/10 Loistava

"Easy check in process, clean and quiet room and perfect location!"

Otherwander Soho Pod Hotel (ADULTS ONLY)

8/10 Hyvä

"The pod was tiny but bed was comfortable, light controls were good and temperature could be adjusted. No noise and other guests were very respectful too. Shower room had floor drains that got easily clogged, so the floor was flooding almost every evening. Location was amazing!"
