Motellit – Slough

”Very clean and comfortable. Staff is super helpful at breakfast time, and breakfast has plenty options.”

”This lodge worked out perfectly only 20 to Heathrow Free parking and cooked to order breakfast plus cereal granola yogurt fruit coffee machine The room was spotless and lovely bedding comfortable too! There was tea making pot tv a fan too! Jay the manager was very helpful and friendly!!”

”Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can...

”We only stayed one night but all staff we came across were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot to chose from. We had a deluxe room in the top floor which was a good sized room with a huge bed. Our only comments would be that there was no towel rail in the bathroom which was unhelpful, and there was no shower. There was a shower attachment on the bath but this isn't quite the same as a shower. This may very well be down to the head height in the bathroom, but the room was advertised...

”Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel.”

”Very pleasant staff and kind. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything outside your room. It was super hot in the room. Restaurant next door was fantastic.”

”The hotel has a Good restaurant, and it has reasonable priced rates. Would stay there again.”

”Tiny bit dust in room nothing major. Coffee at breakfast wasnt very nice . Hot food bland tomotoes were hard. Continrntal was very good. Table service for hot food is better. Spa manager a lovely lady does her job very well . Bed super comfy . Nice selection of teas and biscuits. A fridge should be in the room especially for a premium room . Service at the bar on one occasion was very dlow i had to ask to be served after waiting 10 mins. I wull definitely return as it is so peaceful and...

”We stayed for 4 nights. It was really hot out and the room was hot. First room, a/c didn't work. They changed us to another room. 2nd room, a/c worked first night. Then each day it stopped working. I told the front staff on 4 occasions. They reset it from their end. I had the worst sleeps in the hot room with flat uncomfortable pillows. The front staff said that they disconnect the a/c each day. It is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this hotel.”
