”I booked this reservation through Expedia 10 minutes before arriving to the hotel. It looks not much like the pictures. It was super hot when you walked in the lobby and the property just felt off as soon as I walked in, I went to the front desk and told them I wanted to cancel the reservation. I had not signed any papers nor was a room ready. It definitely did not feel like the place for us to stay two adults and two children

”Due to the delay of an AA flight, we did not connect to the flight from CLT. To JAN. Had to find a hotel for one night at the last minutes. Sheraton airport hotel seems to be the right choice. However the pool was closed in the morning. Although the bed is comfortable but the room is dark, furniture’s are outdated. Overall needs renovations.”

”When we travel to Florida this property is our first overnight stay. We travel with our Golden Retriever, room is always clean beds are comfortable and the staff is always friendly. Stayed on February 28th on the way down and May 9th on the way back. We have done this for 7 years now. Mac’s restaurant is right next door for an added bonus!”

”I have never left earlier before from any hotel in the past, and from this one I did, I can't stay in there where the Marijuana smell was so strong that I was getting sick and my mother as well, the night shift staff was very rude to me when my key stop working and I went to reception to request the service of repair she even rolled her eyes on me and only make one key work, breakfast was the only thing I can say was ok, and clean! But besides that everything else, the ice machine not working...
