”The road leading to the hotel was filled with potholes and very treacherous. It could do damage to a car if driver didn’t go at a snail’s pace as the holes were unavoidable.”

”There was a rusted-through hole in the sink that dumped water all over the floor. There were weird black stains on the mirror. When I arrived in my room, the phone was flashing red so I called the front desk to ask why. "Just ignore it," they said. Ignore a red flashing light next to my head while I try to sleep?? I wound up unplugging the phone. I could go on, but bottom line is this hotel is too much of a wreck.”

”Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed.”

”It is unacceptable that a place would rent out without a working septic system, and we were asked to put TP in a garbage bag rather than flush it. The facility should have remained closed until the plumbing issues were resolved.”

”One of the best b-fast foods, esp the yogurt machine. comfortable king bed, knowledgeable staff for local supermarket. Very clean, large b-fast dining area. Great value for the price.”

”Lovely place; I wish we had a chance to spend some time sitting on the porch overlooking the pond and just read and enjoy the beautiful weather. We'll plan for more leisure time on our next visit.”

”Arrived early and was allowed to check in. As always, the room was clean. Had a great time gambling. And it’s close to Bethel Woods for a concert.”

”The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.”

”Surprised at the condition of rooms. Bathroom poorly outdated and room felt rundown. Pleasantly employees but disappointing quality.”

”Good affordable motel. Plenty of parking. Spacious room. A/C worked fine. Everything that’s necessary is available. No coffee machine in the room but you can get coffee (not the best quality though) and hot water at the motel office nearby. One minor issue: GPS leads you to the back of the hotel. Would be good to emphasize that the turn to China Buffet should be taken (maybe I missed it somewhere in the description).”

”Very close to the event that I was participating in so it was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety and nearby stores and restaurants. Room was clean and I didn't have any issues with my stay. Would recommend.”

”The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.”

”The hotel was advertised to have a 24 hour desk. Had to make a call and wait for someone to get checked in. The hotel was in need of major maintenance and repairs. It actually should not be open until the remodel was completed. TV didn’t work. No hair dryer. There were missing drawers. Flooring and walls in need of replacement. Burn marks on the bedding and a strong stale cigarette smoke in the air. I went to check out at 9am the next am, scheduled time for the front desk to open, and no one...

”The owner, Marie, was the perfect host. She made every effort to see that we were completely satisfied with our stay. Her breakfast offerings were delicious and the presentation of the food was exceptional. We will return.”
