Kuuntele puroa, tarkkaile luontoa ja ole vain mailin päässä kaupungista. Tässä uudessa kodissa on Australian Cypress-parkettilattiat, sisägrilli, jota lämmittää Tulikivi (suolikivitakka Suomesta) ja jäähdyttää kanjonin tuulet. Asimme täällä useita vuosia eikä koskaan tuntenut ilmastoinnin tarvetta. Koti suunniteltiin antamaan viileän tuulen jäähdyttää sitä. Meillä on kuitenkin myös AC, jotta kukaan ei tunteisi mitään epämukavuutta. Tästä ainutlaatuisesta ulkoasusta, kauniista luonnollisesta puusta, ei jätetty mitään yksityiskohtia, jotta loosumaisema muodostuisi kompaktiin tilaan. Tärkein oleskelutila on ylöspäin yhdellä portaat. Joten huomaa, että pääportaalle on portaita. Pääkerroksessa on yksi makuuhuone, jossa king size-vuode. Laivanmiehen tikkaiden toisella puolella on kaksi parvi-makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa on queen-size-vuode ja ylimääräinen yhden asteen sänky. Japanilaisten Shoji-ovien takana on toinen kohotettu makuutila, jossa on kaksi erillistä patjaa sekä matolla varustettu leikkipaikka. 10 hengen nukkuminen voidaan mukauttaa helposti tähän ainutlaatuiseen asetteluun. Poreallas ja kotitoimisto tekevät tästä paikan tulla kotiin ja rentoutua hyvän päivän jälkeen hiihdon, patikoinnin tai pyöräilyn jälkeen. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ja kodissa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Tuo DVD ja käytä 110 tuuman projisointinäyttöämme surround-äänen kanssa. Kanjonitie kulkee vielä 4-5 mailia ja loppuu erämaa-alueelle. Logan – Jackson-pyöräilykilpailun ja Utah-maratonin huipun kanssa molemmat laaksossa tämän kodin ohittavat päivittäin kauniissa ympäristössä harjoittelevat urheilijat.
Talon ulkopuolella on ylellinen yksityinen leikkipaikka, jossa on hiekkalaatikko, leikkimökki, keinut liukumäet ja säädettävä koripallorunko kaikille lapsille, jotka haluavat liittyä sinuun. Siellä on 10 hehtaaria maata kävelylle puron siltojen yli. Olemme nähneet hirviä (melkein joka päivä), pesukarhuja, hirviä, kettua, kaneja, fasaaneja, pöllöjä ja muita villieläimiä, jotka elävät sopusoinnussa tämän kodin kanssa. Olemme kuitenkin yhden mailin päässä postitoimistosta ja McDonaldsista. Meillä on etuna hiljainen yksinäisyys ja silti lähellä kaupunkia. Se on kuin oma yksityinen keidas.
Haluamme jakaa unelma, jonka loimme kauniissa ympäristössä. On 8 hehtaarin tutkittavaksi.

Viikonloppuisin vaadimme kahden yön oleskelua, ellei viikonloppu ole seitsemän tai vähemmän päivää poissa.

So relaxing and cozy!
It was so cold while we were there, but the stove in the middle of the house kept things toasty warm, with such a cozy ambiance! We loved seeing turkeys, walking the trails, floating bark boats in the creek, playing sports, and just sitting around the huge dining table playing games, coloring, or putting puzzles together. It has become a yearly tradition for our family. We’ll be back!

Gorgeous Home and Landscape
This home was Gorgeous and in a beautiful location. Everything was immaculate and the owners provide everything you need to make this a home away from home. We enjoyed movies on the projector and a fire in the beautiful stone fireplace. We even had a family of deer visit us while playing a game of PIG on the basketball court. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We loved it and will be visiting again!

A fun place for family to relax
We had a short weekend trip to the property and had a great time. We played basketball, card games and cooked up a great breakfast. We even ordered Doordash one of the nights because we didn't want to cook. The property feels secluded because of it's size and trees, but it is close enough to town to get food. It is also only an hour to Garden City, which made it easy to spend a day at Bear Lake and then drive back and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet getaway with plenty of room
We wanted to take our kids to the slopes for the first time. Instead of going to a busy resort we decided on somewhere out of the way. We found this here. The cabin/lodge was in a perfect location. The lodge location was quiet with room to play inside and out. We were about 20 minutes from a perfect small ski resort and within 90 minutes of another. We tried both and were not disappointed. The lodge was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I think we wished for was a second bathroom. The only source of heat (it was 25 degrees outside) is the wood burning stove. We learned quickly that this is not an ordinary wood stove..... You make a fire and the stone heats up and keeps the entire place at a cozy temperature all day. Too much fire and you're gonna want to open the windows and doors:) Do not be worried about staying warm as there is plenty of firewood on site mere steps away from the stove, so no toting or splitting required. The communication with the owner is great. He responds very quickly to any questions or issues. There is very little cell service (we have Verizon) in the lodge, however the wifi works great. There is a projection TV, however we stayed busy on the slopes and playing in the abundance of snow while we were there. Overall I would highly recommend this lodge and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay. Enjoyed the house and property. The only downside was didn’t realize the fireplace was the only heat source so when we arrived house was very cold and had three kids under the age of two. But once we got the home heated didn’t have problems again. The house stayed warm. Had an enjoyable family time.

My family of four had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and the soap stone stove/fireplace is beautiful and cranks out heat. We loved exploring the private creek and woods behind the house with our dog and the jet tub is very relaxing at the end of the day. The kids loft area was fun for them as well.

Absolutely beautiful property ! Tucked into the canyon and heavily wooded. Very comfortable and convenient. Master bed is very comfortable and house was immaculate. Great outdoor play area for littles. FYI for travelers needing to work- the house wifi is great however Verizon cell phones do not get ANY service ( calls or text). Total dead zone. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet and time away from the office hustle this spot is perfection. Great property! We would stay here again.

Such a Fun Time!
This property is amazing. We loved the outdoors around the property the best. We explored the creek, played soccer and basketball, and cooked in the fire pit. Everything was great and we were so impressed with the cabin. It was clean and there were plenty of towels, which I appreciated. You have everything you need to enjoy a mountain experience all on this property. It is gorgeous.

What a great place to stay! It felt so secluded but close enough to town that we were busy everyday with fun activities. We loved the DVDs and games that were provided and always had fun walking down to the creek! We also loved watching the doe and her fawn walk through the trees every morning. Everything came together to make the perfect trip for us! Wonderful property!

Amazing and PRIVATE getaway!
My family is obsessed with being in the mountains/nature but it can be so hard with an autistic teenager that can’t seem to live without Wi-Fi. This property has it ALL! We were completely secluded and given complete privacy with our own trees, River, trails, basketball, baseball fun, soccer fun, AND dog fun, but we were close enough to town to drive 5 minutes to get what we forgot. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the movie screen was a favorite, and the fire place with all the wood we could use was a dream. There are not many property owners that allow dogs so we took extra care to make sure we left no mess. If you have dogs, please do the same so we can all keep enjoying it. I loved being able to let me dogs run off leash with so much land. The pet fee is very small and completely worth it. You would not know there were animals allowed if you didn’t ask because the property is kept so clean. Everything you need is available to use. We will be back multiple times a year just to get away from the noise and relax. Thanks Tom for answering all of our questions and being a great (distant) host!

My family and I stayed here for a week while waiting to close on our home. It was nice to have a place close to Logan but far enough away to relax. I loved the homey feel of the property - and lots of room for the kids to run around. My only complaint (and it's not really a problem! ) was having one bathroom. We knw about it going in and so it wasn't a surprise.. just made the mornings a bit hectic. I really liked the location and the unique wood stove...I wish it had been colder so we could have fired it more! I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

Secluded weekend getaway
Our family needed a location big enough to have all nine of us together while supporting a distant relative in a wrestling match. We had a blast playing games walking with the grandchildren around the property and relaxing in a secluded location not bothered by anyone. The management was extremely responsive attended to our every need and we would definitely stay here again!

Great cabin!
We loved our stay at this cabin! It had a fun, rustic feel and there was plenty of room. Everything was super clean and the owner was incredibly fast with their replies to our messages. It is an isolated area so no traffic but still just a short drive to town. I would put a warning though that two of the "bedrooms" are pretty much just balconies to the main room so not much privacy and you need to climb a ladder to get to them, so people need to be a bit more agile. It was no problem for us but I could see it with older people being difficult! Overall a great stay and we enjoyed our time.

We loved the cabin! Nice little trail by a creek on the property. Stone around the fireplace stays warm a long time and heats the home. Just need to wear socks to keep feet warm. Loved it! Would do it again. Manager is very responsive and nice.

All-inclusive getaway!
Our 5 kids ages 3-14 love this home! They insisted they didn't want to leave the property for the 2 days we were there because it had everything we needed: field for playing ball, playground, plenty of forest to explore, firepit, warm cozy house, games, projector, toys, etc. We even saw 2 turkeys! Having only 1 bathroom was a little tough, and the kids had an easier time getting up the loft ladders than my husband and I did, but we all had a wonderful time in our own fall forest hideaway!
