Spacious 4200 sq foot 2 story home and basement apartment with room to spread out and have your own space or gather together. There are 2 kitchens and large open living rooms on each floor, plus a huge theater room with surround sound. 7 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms (including two master suites with attached baths) Large open floor plan for family friendly get-togethers, located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Large patio with lighted pergola, hot tub, bbq, firepit, outdoor dining, and no backyard neighbors. Close to several parks, Cherry Peak resort and USU.

We came for a wedding in the area. We were able to fit big families with kids. The kids loved the media room, and playing in the back yard. The garden at the house was also great.

We used this house as a central location for our family reunion. The best thing about the house was the crazy amount of supplies they had for accommodating large groups--lots of bedding, extra tables, and chairs. It is truly in a lovely little neighborhood. Parking was a tricky and you might want to make plans to park elsewhere if you have lots of cars. (We wanted to make sure we were good neighbors)The host was incredibly fast about responding to any questions or concerns. Great value and stay!

We loved this house! Our grandkids called it "the magical house". Everyone had room to spread out (we had 9 adults and 9 kids (8 and under) and all were provided for--from travel beds and small cots to bunk beds and king size beds. There were extra tables and chairs which all fit into the spacious dining area. There was plenty to do-- games from the well-stocked game closet, ping pong and foozball in the garage, a hot tub, AND an amazing theater room with 12 recliners. Even "Bluey"" looks epic on the BIG screen (but there were SO many other movie options.) The owners made themselves available to answer questions and even solve a technology problem (that we had created) The house had what we needed in the way of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and griddles, which made meals easy to prepare. (Not to mention there's another kitchen downstairs!) The kids found the "secret play area" that was "just their size" that had SO many fun toys for playing make- believe games. No wonder they thought it was magical! We did too! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time staying at this house! We have a really big family and we are all able to stay comfortably at the house. It's in a great neighborhood, plenty of great amenities and entertainment, and in an area where there's lots to do winter or summer. We will definitely be looking to stay at this property again.

We had such a wonderful time at this house! There was lots of room for our group and plenty to do. The movie room was so nice! This place is definitely our favorite place to stay in the future. I am sure it will still be comfortable as our family grows ❤️

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at this property. When we walked inside the property we were blown away with the space. Between the movie night in the theater room with family to hanging out in the hot tub at the end of a long wedding weekend, we felt right at home! It was great to use the streaming services as well and have peace of mind knowing we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back again for more fun in the future!

Fabulous wedding weekend for our niece. The family got together and loved being able to stay together. The house was perfect and close to the venue. We loved sitting outside catching up and visiting. Thank you for having an abundance of chairs. We needed those. We loved watching a movie, playing games and having plenty of rooms for everyone to have a great night sleep. The place couldn't have been better for us. Thank you!

We have rented homes for our family reunion for a number of years. This is by far our best experience. The home, the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and yard were all exceptional. The theater was great and user friendly. The yard, with playhouse, sandbox, swings, firepit, large grass area was excellent. The games in the garage were a hit with kids and parents. Supplies, including bedding, kitchen supplies, table, chairs, etc. were all good. The downstairs without AC was a negative. There were 5 wasp nests in the playhouse which we treated with Black Flag to eliminate. One of our cars left an oil leak on the driveway which we tried to clean up but left a visible spot.

This home worked perfectly for our family to stay together while we were in town for a wedding. It had plenty of space with 7 bd and 4.5 baths. We didn’t cook while there so I can’t attest to how well the kitchen was stocked but there was plenty of bedding and linens. Communication with property manager was quick. It also ended up being very conveniently located to our wedding venue, which was a big plus.

The home was perfect for our family to celebrate my parents golden anniversary. There were areas to gather together and it was nice to have the room to spread out as well. The tankless water heater was wonderful because there was never want for hot water. The ac worked great on the main floor. In the basement there are two rooms without ac, however it cooled off enough at night that having the windows open and the fan going it was comfortable to sleep in. We were there the beginning of July.

When we arrived at the property, there was no air-conditioning. The AC people were there tried to fix it, but it didn’t get fixed until 36 hours later. And there was also no hot water and the host didn’t seem to really care that we were really hot And we didn’t have any hot water. The house itself is amazing. We utilized the home theater. The communication with the host was not the best. I probably wouldn’t stay at this house again because of the host.

We loved this place, it was perfect and the hosts were more than generous. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay in Cache Valley. I don’t know how this place isn’t rented every single day. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts and the place.

House was just as advertised. It was perfect for our group. This was a team building exercise. The dinning room table was large for meetings. The theater room was perfect for demonstrating computer programs.

We came up to play a couple soccer games So we needed a place to sleep and relax it was the perfect location beautifully kept well-maintained. It was quiet with lots of beds. The theater room and assortment of games was just what was needed..

Can't say enough good about this house. Well stocked with anything extra we could have asked for. Tons of beds. Loved the theatre room upstairs, my grandkids loved the play set out back. I wished we had longer to stay and enjoy the place. Host was helpful and responsive. I hope we were as good of a guest as they were hosts.

This is a great family home that appeals to any age from children, tweens and adults. It has a lot of bedrooms, a theater room, games, and table games in the garage. And it has plenty of tables and chairs to set up to play those games. We are a game playing family and it fit all of our needs plus more! We enjoyed it very much!

We had such a great time! They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and then some, such as: Ziploc bags, First Aid Kit, portable high chair, make up remover wipes in the bathrooms, little chocolates on the beds, plenty of sheets/pillows for beds, lots of fun games/puzzles, and foosball/air hockey in the garage. There was plenty for room for us all to space out or gather together. We'd definitely stay here again, thanks!

This is a very nice two-story house, in a dead-end circle, with a beautifully finished basement. In Utah, basements can be just as great as a main floor, and this one was - making it a 3-story house. Two surprises: (1) How well stocked the house was for a large family. There were folding tables and folding chairs available in a storage room - along with extra pillows and blankets. We brought tons of food, but found a few things we were missing in the kitchen cupboards. (2) How responsive David the Host is. After booking the trip, I sent a message simply asking whether there was a ping pong table available. "No, I'm sorry," was the answer. But the morning of our arrival the host and his family cleaned up the two-car garage and installed a ping pong table - plus air hockey and foosball. We made great use of all three during our stay. Also, the Roku remote batteries needed replacement after a day or two, and while I was on the way to the store, a son-in-law contacted David the Host and let him know. Before I made it back home with batteries David the Host had dropped off a package of batteries (we left them in a kitchen drawer). PARKING Four cars fit on the driveway, plus a fifth car on the side of the garage. That spot was deep enough that I was able to drop off my utility trailer there, well out of the way. My adult kids were coming and going all weekend, so we had to park on the street a bit, but I directed traffic within the family to minimize on-street parking in consideration of the neighbors. We have a bunch of little kids and babies, and they enjoyed the nice backyard, including 3 hammocks and a swing set. Smithfield is a nice little town, with a bit of a rural feel still. It is a great neighborhood, and we felt no concerns about the safety of all the little ones. We had a great time there. Logan is 10 minutes away, with lots of shopping and restaurants available. And if you go, and if you enjoy watersports or a sandy beach, be sure and plan a visit to Hyrum Reservoir - about 20-30 minutes away from the house. It was overcast all day when we were there, but it is a state park, and the kids had a blast. To sum up, this was a family reunion for us, including a family from Texas. It was a great place to built memories for all the grandkids, and we really appreciated the host. It was so obvious they wanted us to have a great time. A big THANK YOU! to David and his family.
