”My room was not that clean, it had a smell to it, the bathroom was where the problem was. I saw cubic air around the toilet at the bottom when using the restroom I saw a flying bug come through the bathroom, later on after taking a shower, I saw another bug crawling across the floor. The shower was either scolding, hot or freezing cold. It was very disappointing to travel thousands of miles. I’m traveling cross country and just want to take a nice shower and a shower was so scolding hot or...

”Room was hot when I got there had to turn on the air. Swimming pool was ice cold and hot tub was under maintenance. No Elevator to second floor and stairs are carpeted and not the easiest to carry bags up to the room. Staff was not very friendly and did not greet you when I came in at anytime I was going in or out. Rooms were okay but not spotless. ”

”A very low rate for the night and the room was very clean and bed was fine. Had a slight smoke smell but was not bad. I couldn’t TV to work, no Kleenex, no coffee pot or other amenities. I got a good nights rest so pleased”
