Boasting surrounding views is this comfy, cosy, beach house. Access the massive wrap around balcony, overlooking the ocean to the south and the countryside to the east from 3 sides of the house. Lay in bed at night and listen to the waves! And, it's just a short stroll to the beach and local shop, minutes drive to the GP track and 15 minutes drive into Cowes for some shopping or restaurants. This property is perfect for a relaxing summer holiday or visit to see the many track events.

Upstairs has 2 x queen bedrooms and the downstairs bedroom has 1 x king bed which converts to 2 x king singles if needed. And, there are two bathrooms, one on each level.

The fully equipped kitchen includes electric oven and cooktop, microwave and dishwasher along with all the essentials for up to 6 guests. Downstairs is the laundry with washing machine and clothes line.

Split system heating/cooling keep the temperature even throughout the year. You will find 3 x TV's and Free Wifi so all guests can choose what to watch. The games room has a table tennis table and extra fridge.

Children can run around the large backyard and directly access the upstairs balcony via outside stairs - also perfect after a stay at the beach, no mud or sand traipsed through the house. (Note: the wood fire is not operational.)

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
