Upon arrival in a snow storm we couldn't get into the building or the room because the code sent to us didn't work. We called the number provided and the code was remotely activated. The parking lot entrance was not cleared of snow and made it difficult to maneuver the luggage etc. once inside we faced a steep staircase, not good if you have mobility issues. Our room( Steam Punk Suite) was ok. No storage for clothes at all and only 2 hangers provided. The fireplace didn't work and since there is no staff on site we couldn't tell anyone. The sink in the kitchenette is miniscule and not very user-friendly. The large red deco pillow on the bed (body pillow size) had rips and looked very used. Not nice seeing that on the bed. Overall we were not very impressed once you look closely
